Hi Leanne – I feel your pain, it once took me almost 4 months to get a refund from Travelocity. And I am sure that I would not have been able to get that refund, being shuttled from deprtament to department, talking to “drones” and their “managers” who would not give out ph#'s or last names. I finally got the name of a real person who was a VP of Travelocity via the ASTA – American Society of Travel Agents – after the email, the credit was processed in 72 hours.

I’ve hit post, but I realize that the screen is a minute or two “old.” The accurate picture of the results of several people typing at the same time comes when the screen is refreshed or made current. I can remember when making a long distance call meant booking the call, then waiting for the operator to make the connection. Today, people all over the world are in touch all at the same time.
